Hi, I’m Steph and I’m pleased that you are taking the time to read my profile. I find it hard to write about myself but when it comes to the benefits of Energy Field Healing my enthusiasm takes over and the results just speak for themselves.

I have been qualified in alternative therapies for over 15 years now, but I always felt there was a missing link.

At a time in my life when I felt the whole world was against me, always coming down with every illness going, from feeling tired from the moment I woke up. Always stressed and snapping at the children. I was walking round in a daze just trying to get through the days. Constant back pain and then the death of my Grandmother was all too much for me to handle. Not being able to sleep as thoughts would be actively going over in my mind constantly. I had a lack of concentration and the inability to cope with the day to day pressures of life.

I had stopped enjoying being ‘me’. I was so frustrated and dissatisfied with life, I stopped socialising and seeing my friends. I was turning into a hermit, this was easier than facing the whole world with a false smile on my face. I entered into relationships for the wrong reasons, looking for someone else to make me happy. All the answers lay within myself, but at this time in my life I could not find a way out or the energy to cope.

I felt my life was in turmoil and I felt unfulfilled. A trip to the doctors and he prescribed anti-depressants. This was against all my principles, so I looked into finding a way out for myself.

After working with a client who had “motor neurones disease” I came across Sue Zange. My client would regularly have healing sessions and the results was amazing and right in front of my own eyes too. This was something I needed to try for myself, as what did I have to lose?

Needless to say I have never looked back. I truly feel that Energy Field Healing saved my life and I have never felt so positive about life and what it can do for your well-being.

After just one session with Sue, I felt back in control of my destiny. My children had their mom back. I was happy, I had a direction in life to focus on. My mood swings went. The depression lifted. I started to smile again, and I ended the negative relationship I was in. I could cope with the pressures of life once more.

Intrigued with this healing I went on to train and become an Advanced Energy Field Healer, working with the subtle energies around me. I began to transform many aspects of my own life when things became difficult and I would have previously struggled.

This has been an amazing journey for me and to see people’s lives change is the best reward ever. To help people cope and understand their own situation and transform their energy. To lead a more fulfilling life and feel better about oneself is amazing and is available to us all. The more I learned the more I wanted to help others. For them to see the benefits of what this marvellous experience can achieve and how you can also incorporate the daily practices into your own life for you and your loved ones which, in turn, leads to a more harmonious relationships within your home and working environment.

I’m passionate about Energy Field Healing and it still continues to amaze me every single day. To feel empowered with life and to live each day in joy, love and happiness are beyond words. It gave me the confidence to set up my own practice in Hull.
