I have always been a natural empath, intuitive and carer and as one of the elder siblings in a large bohemian family of eight people, caring for others has always been a huge part of my life.   I inherited my healing and psychic gifts from my father and his ancestral bloodline.  As I grew up it became more and more obvious that I had been gifted as a healer and sensitive like my father and I became curious to find a teacher to help me understand and develop this gift further.

In 2002 I met  the healer and teacher Sue Zange. I had been waiting a long time to find the right teacher that felt right for me. I was introduced to Sue’s healing work whilst I was staying at a new acquaintance’s house, a lovely lady I had met through my then boyfriend.  The lady had been totally awestruck by a healing session with Sue and she gave me a flyer of Sue’s healing services.  I made an instant connection with Sue upon reading the flyer.  I had a feeling this was the teacher I had been waiting for and I had a powerful confirmation that my instincts were correct later that evening.

That night I had a truly amazing experience, one that will stay with me for the rest of my life.   I woke up in the middle of the night and floating above my bed was a blinding intense white light that flooded the entire room. I had never seen such a vibrant light before and my reaction was to yell out loudly in shock and clamp my eyes shut, until I eventually fell back asleep.  I wish now that I had interacted with the light being more, but at the time I was not used to seeing things quite like that!

The next morning. the lady had left some books out for me to read on the kitchen table.  I was alone in the house and I felt called to take out one of the books from the middle of the pile.  The book I held fell instantly open and there was just one printed sentence on the page it fell upon on……’Last night I awoke to find an angel above my bed.‘  I felt shivers go down my spine and the room buzzed with a heightened energy.  I looked once again at the flyer from Sue and I knew that this had been an important sign and that I needed to meet with Sue.

I arranged to have an Energy-field healing session with Sue a few weeks later and the healing session was wonderful.  During my healing session, the angel that had visited me before, also appeared to Sue as well.  Sue said, “There is an angel here who is telling me that you have seen her and she is adamant that you have seen her recently?”  Having Sue confirm that I had indeed been visited by an angel helped me to believe I really had.  This was my first angel visitation and it was the angel who helped guide me to Sue and guide me to my healing path.

Sue became instrumental in training and helping me develop my healing gifts through-out the years that followed.  I completed Sue Zange’s Foundational Energy field healing training.  My adventures as a healer continued over the next few years training to advanced level with Sue and various other courses she offered to continue to grow and develop my skills set.

I continued my studies into the realms of healing in the USA, where I trained intensively with Tamalpa in California, in their Life – Arts process in 2004.  Learning how to self-heal through deep listening of the human body and transforming my wounds  and reclaiming my truth/power through movement and authentic expression.

Spirit was working through me more and more and I soon ended up travelling around the world after buying my ‘Round the world ticket’ and I was led to many places of trauma in the land that required assistance from a healer and I did much earth healing work over this time.

In 2008 I was given my deepest challenge yet.  I became extremely sick and bed bound with ME/Chronic fatigue syndrome and I was forced to stop all healing work as a consequence.  I was told by specialist doctors that I would need to learn to live with my condition and there was little, if no hope, for a recovery due to this severity of my condition.   I did recover, through self-healing working with energy field healers and shamanic healers.   (I have co-written a book on this subject called The book of well-being.)

As my health returned I continued my spiritual training. I trained with Chris Luttichau at the Northern drum centre of Shamanism and have done intensively for over five years now.  I also continued my studies with Sue Zange at Inspirit.  I am now certified as a teacher for Foundational Energy Field Healing.
